Description

The butterfly has a similar coloration as a monarch butterfly. Whet I aproached it , the butterfly clos its wings showing a boss of colors that majes it cammo with the soil. The kind of mimetism that the insect shows is sparkling coloration because this defense mechanism is present in Insects to distract and disorent a posibble predator by cammo with its enviroment (Smith, T.M. & Smith, R.L., 2007)
