Zooming in, this looks like several tiny moths in their own little pods. The entire structure of pods measures 5/32” wide at the widest point (the top part) by 5/16” tall. It was attached to the face of an outside metal door. Seek cannot identify but sometimes it says it’s some kind of moth. Small moth, though, right?
