Description
Pretty surprised when I found this. Pulled a caddisfly larvae out of a small alpine pond because it had something white on it and it turned out to be a small (half a pinky fingernail) sized bivalve. Didn’t expect there to be any bivalves in the alpine so incredibly curious what this could be
