Super hot from being on the road, more than a little warm to the touch. Exceptionally agreeable little fellow once the fight or flight wore off, letting me scratch his chin and gently stroke his neck. Definitely don’t think folks should be running around picking up snakes - but can never resist a chance to point out that snakes are not scary and everything we think we know about them is dead wrong.
