Body length: 3.6 mm
Forewing length: 3.5 mm

Mouth opening not present between clypeus and mandibles.
Labrum not concave.
Mandibles meeting when closed and generally overlapping at the tips.
Mandibles always bidentate although sometimes appearing unidentate.
Second submarginal cell fused with third.
1Rs meeting or almost meeting the pterostigma then 2Rs+3Rs strongly curved so that marginal cell is short.
Notauli usually well developed.
Posterior transverse carina of mesosternum usually absent.
Gaster in form of carapace.
Forewing with only two submarginal cells.
Marginal cell of forewing not divided.
Vein 1M not angled centrally.
Hindwing with cu-a + Cu present.
Forewing with 3Rs complete, distinct to wing margin.
Marginal cell broad.
Second submarginal cell not small.
Forewingwith two submarginal cells.
First tergite of gaster petiolate, its spiracles at about mid-segment or behind.

Legs of usual shape, sometimes femora thickened.
Mesonotum at least partially or also other thoracic sclerites smooth.
Mediocubital vein on forewing sclerotized like or almost like anal and basal veins.
Ovipositor usually half as long as abdomen, almost straight.
Ovipositor valves long and somewhat broader than stylet.
Radial cell on forewing reduced.
Eyes not pubescent.
Venation posterior to basal vein, including recurrent vein normally developed.
Radiomedial vein originating from radial vein.
(Tribe Perilitini).

Scape not enlarged or slightly enlarged, not longer than distance from antennal base to anterior ocellus.
Head distinctly transverse (2 times as wide as long), behind eyes distinctly, almost rectilinearly narrowed.
Temples 1/3 as long as eyes.
Scape as long as distance from it to anterior ocellus.
Propodeum steeply sloping, its posterior vertical part much larger than anterior horizontal part.
Discoidal cell small, approximately equaling brachial cell.
Recurrent vein antefurcal, separated from radiomedial vein by its length.
Occiput punctate.
Scutellum rugose punctate.
Parasites of adult beetles of family Coccinellidae.
