I found this bird on my Project Safe Flight route. The bird seemed to be stunned, based on its habitat and how close I approached (I took this photo with my cell phone). After I took the photo, I took a step forward to attempt to pick the bird up to get it to a rehabber, but it flew away, and I could not relocate it.
