At 2:40 I was walking past a window in my house and observed a fisher in my garden about 10 feet away. I had a very clear good look at it before leaving to grab my camera. It prowled around out by my driveway and then ran as I opened the door to get a picture. I have seen a fisher here before just after a big wildfire like we recently had here this summer. 40 degrees and ground frozen so no tracks. Found some scat in another area that maybe was left by it. Not a very good Photo but it shows big bushy tail and arched rear end as it ran past a telephone pole and down the road in the daylight!
