Description
Gelatinous inflorescences seem to be the result of a day's rain after weeks of drought. Mucilage released! Saw a lot of this on walk through cemetery.

Description
This is an old nest. Last year all the babies were snatched by a feral cat. This lint and stuff is new though. Could that mean a bird is intending to reuse this nest?

I think this is a partial albino dark eyed Junco. It definitely was the size of a Junco and I spotted several others in the same location.
