Description

This plant observed growing in the sand and wrack substrate of the upper sandy beach. The semi-succulence of it's leaves help it survive in this harsh environment.

Found right alongside trail growing in a large patch. Located about 20 meters from the cliffs edge. I've never seen a live Chilicothe seed pod before, so it was exciting.
