Two faint stripes down the back. Found in root balls and soil of wilting lettuce transplants. Multiple found in each place. Most a little smaller than this one.

I think this could be Halictus confusus. It seems like the submarginal cell veins are dark and the basal vein is more strongly curved than in lasioglossum. Inat doesn't host the pictures at high enough resolution to see, but it looks that way in the originals
