I'm really not good at identifying sandpipers. These were tiny and as we walked up they did not move away. Maybe they were nesting? I'm thinking Western sandpiper or Least Sandpiper but again, those are wild guesses.
I am not much of a hummingbird expert, but perhaps others can add a more specific ID for this bird that was repeatedly diving into a koy pond ... bathing?
A pair seen interacting with Warbling Vireos both were being territorial.
