Description

Continuing from earlier today and yesterday. Spent 5 hours total today looking for this bird. Got good looks but never good pics. Here is the best I could do. Was also able to watch it give scolding calls at the crown of a tree which is when I got these pics. They show one white wing bar, white spectacle with black eye line, grey head, and yellowish underside.

Description

The organism was found dead after most likely running into a predator. It was sunny and relatively hot out, the external gills on the the organism appear to have been removed by ants which were crawling on the corpse.
Class, Amphiba: Tetrapod with moist, scaleless skin.
Subclass, Lissamphibia: Extant amphibian.
Order, Urodela: Elongated body and tail.
Family, Sirenidae: Small forelimbs, costal grooves, and it presumably had external gills which were most likely eaten.
