corieo's Identifications

I don't know what the name of this plant/species is. All of the recommendations don't really match this plant after I searched it up. This tree has really has a pretty thin trunk, almost similar in size with its branches. It also doesn't have a lot of leaves, or flowers. The flowers are white and the leaves are kind of shiny like they are coated with glue.
