Observation #1 from area 1 of Kari’s Bog.
Circular glob. Cutie orange sized. Single cluster. Clear w/ thick jelly layer. Approx. 6cm. Eggs close together. In slack water. Submerged. Beside emergent grass.
Observation #1 Puget Park area #3
Cluster 15cm long, 3cm wide. Clear, soft jelly in irregular oblong shape. 150 black spherical eggs suspended in jelly. Attached to woody debris, submerged.
11 small egg masses ranging in size from 2-3 cm long with 4-8 bean-shaped 6mm eggs each.
Eggs bi-color, dark brown above, tan below.
Each egg contained within individual jelly sac surrounded by loose outer jelly. Eggs widely spaced.
All egg masses were attached to either a leaf stem or margin and submerged under slack water.
5 egg masses with 1 - 20 eggs each.
Eggs 3mm long and crescent shaped;
Eggs bi-color, dark brown above, tan below.
Each egg contained within individual jelly sac surrounded by loose outer jelly. Eggs widely spaced.
All egg masses were attached to either a leaf stem or stick submerged under slack water.
5 egg masses with 15-25 eggs or larvae each.
Largest mass was 7cm X 2cm and contained 25 elongated eggs in various stages of development. Some as large as 8mm long that appeared to have tails and gills. Another mass contained eggs that were just 2mm in diameter.

Smallest mass was 3cm X 1.5cm and contained 1, 6mm larva with tail and gills.
Largest mass was 5.5cm X 3cm and contained 15, 6mm larvae with tails and gills.

These tadpoles were spotted in a small artificial pond at Mounthaven Resort (on private property). At night Pacific tree frogs were singing in the same spot.

A collection of at least 17 egg masses, all within 8 feet of each other. Eggs were at various depths (8" to 4-5 feet) off the edge of a beaver dam.
we were unable to get a decent photo of everything, so attached photos contain subsets of the egg masses.
We startled this frog on shore, it came to rest about 2 feet of shore in a few inches of water.
Seen in the grass at the edge of the pond.
Small frog that hopped onto a team member's jacket while we were preparing to leave at the end of our survey.

It was still fairly cold, so the little frogs were a little reluctant to sing. The recording is a bit limp.
lat/lon from visually know location entered into Google Earth.
No sightings of frogs. The frog recorded appeared to be hiding on dry land in the bushes next to "Utah Pond."
I did not go into the water.
