Hey man, you can't build a dam here.

After the Mergansers retreated into the cattails upstream, I looked downstream but just saw the Beaver dam that so far has survived the past Winter rains in pretty good shape.

This Beaver continues to be very busy. It has felled two more trees.

Big dead Chinook Salmon on Fryer Creek in Sonoma. Probably weighed around 15 pounds.
It was a female, I added a picture of some eggs that had come out of it
