Description

Long-Leaved Honeybush

Growing along the banks of the Sand River in gravelly sand. About 20 plants counted here from a range of sizes (heights ranging from 1 - 3 m). Some alien vegetation in the area, but no immediate threats evident. Listed as Critically Endangered. Habitat, distribution and vegetative characters fit, but really need some flowers to be sure of the species.

Description

Long-Leaf Honeybush

Growing in moist sand along the stream bank. Less than ten individuals counted here. Invasive alien plants have been cleared from the area recently, but some wattles are still coming up and could become a threat if not controlled. Endemic to the Van Stadensberg (and Elandsberg?) and listed as Critically Endangered.
