I drove by the sign for this park (really a small airplane runway) on the way to the boat launch for the Hart-Miller Field Trip organized by the Natural History Society of Maryland and decided to check it out after the trip. It was a cool spot with a small trail. I also met a cool local naturalist, Bernie, and she told me a bit about the area.
