Found in isolation on dry ground

Plant about 1 foot in height; no flowers on plant; plant found in great abundance: ~60 degrees F outside

Tall, bushy plant; stems extended about 3-4 feet in height; found along the path of a man made trial; ~60 F outside

Trees are located close to the ground. Grows out of dry soil. Surrounded by different plant species as well as short dry grasses.

Only found a few feathers - no body or wings.

Growing next to a path, amongst dead plants. On a hillside.
