Christmas Day birding by myself; Valeri Ponzo wasn't feeling well, so she slept in. I walked from the campground to the "playground," then to the Gregory House, then back through the "playground" back to the campground. Because of extensive damage from Hurricane Michael in October 2018, most of the trails remain closed and off-limits; big bummer. The weather was sunny and chilly, with a light breeze. I returned to our cabin at 0919.
