This part of my woods tends to have these large single mushrooms.. I couldn't find a nearby similar to turn upside down for a gill pic.

Description

Found next to an old stump in a woods that was logged about 15 years ago. Adjacent stumps had older decaying specimens. Frond started turning dark brown 15 to 20 minutes after handling.
