Looks about 28-30 inches

Wings look about a foot each
Enjoying a meal of Blue Dasher he grabbed in my Norfolk Pine.
This leucistic eagle was observed in Haines and then Sitka Alaska.
I noticed the interesting color pattern on the feathers on its head.
