Eriognum fasciculatum In full bloom.
There's a very wide ( 15' ) shrub of California Buckwheat in the Salinas Riverbed right behind our house. Today it was in full bloom with so many species of insects all over it I was having a hard time following them. I got pictures of 9 species and loaded them up today.
