Nature walk in Chestnut Hill Reservoir and Latham, NY

My nature walk this week was around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. This was my second time walking around the reservoir, but there weren't very many vertebrate animals around the reservoir, possibly due to the cold weather. However, I was able to find a swan in the reservoir and some squirrels. I also included an observation of a duck I found in the Chestnut Hill Reservoir the last time I visited in September. I went home to Latham, New York this weekend, and I found some bony fishes in my brother's fish tank. My brother keeps many fishes in his fish tank and I realized that bony fishes are vertebrate animals. I am glad that I was able to collect observations of a wide selection of vertebrates, those ranging from bony fishes, birds to mammals.
