Hello! I am a 22 year old naturalist from Garrett County, MD. My passion for wildlife and the environment began at an early age as I spent a lot of time outdoors camping, hiking, and exploring. I quickly realized that it was something I wanted to pursue as a career.

I graduated from Garrett College in 2021 with an Associate Degree in Natural Resources & Wildlife Technology, and in 2024 I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Biology from Frostburg State University. I have held several positions in 2 State Parks (Deep Creek Lake and Sang Run) including: Naturalist, Ranger, and Invasive Species Technician. In 2023, I worked with a Nonprofit Conservation Organization known as Friends of Blackwater where we worked to Protect and Preserve the Blackwater Canyon. While there, I served as a Naturalist and educated others on the amazing Biodiversity found in the West Virginia Highlands. I also was a contributing Author & Photographer for the Blackwater River Watershed Field Guide. I currently work with Mountain Trails in Davis, West Virginia.

As for my personal interests in Wildlife/Environment, I have always been specifically fascinated by Amphibians and Reptiles and also enjoy Birding when possible. I have a special place for moths, as I believe butterflies are overrated. I'm very interested in all fields relating to the natural world, and I love exploring a new environment. I'm also an avid nature photographer, so I try to document all my finds when possible!

When I'm not searching for wildlife, you can find me playing ultimate frisbee, skiing during the winter months, or spending time with my beautiful Wife Olivia.
