I have been an outdoor person my entire life. I got my B.S. in zoology at Marshall University in addition to my M.S. degree in biological sciences studying in the herpetology lab under Dr. Thomas K. Pauley. I’ve spent time working for the U.S Forest Service doing rattlesnake surveys and invasive species monitoring and treatments using mechanical and chemical methods. I am a certified Professional Wetland Scientist and currently work for POWER Engineers as a Natural Resource Technical Lead helping manage environmental permitting needs while assisting with some field work.
