Hello!

I'm Pau Ballesteros, born in Barcelona Region.

I work as "Chef de Cuisine" in a prestigious hospitality School in Switzerland, preferably doing Vegetarian.

The passion for botanics is inherited from the family:

  • My father Ferran is paysagist an agro-engineer and and transmitted daily the passion for botanics and nature.
  • My uncle Enric Ballesteros is a well-known scientific working in CSIC in Catalunya and abroad with National Geographic Pristine Seas.

As vegetarian cook im interested of course in all kind of edible plants, how to understand them better and don't make confusions.

Recently i'm discovering a new passion for understanding botanics as every living thing around, and this app is a fabulous tool for that.
