I am a naturalist that works as an educator and tour guide for non-profits throughout the United States. I have a degree in marine biology and have studied and taught on the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf coasts. I spent a lot of time in Homer, Alaska where I specialized in the identification of intertidal invertebrates, marine mammals and sea birds. I am a true nature nerd who loves both terrestrial and marine ecology, and have started birding more frequently in the Columbus Metroparks and surrounding areas.
