Having lived within the limits of a city for most of my life, the closest I got to identifying insects was off my vehicle windscreen.

Having now changed pace to building a new life in the rural Transkei and in the process of developing a self sustainable lifestyle, things have changed.
Now I find that my curiosity has been peaked with the abundance of insect life, how they impact our lives and more so, what role they play in the cycle of life.
