Habitat: Mixed conifer forest, mainly composed of douglas fir and ponderosa pine.

Fellow Observers: I was alone during this observation

Time of Day: 15:00

Wind: 1

Temp: 40 F

Sky Condition and Precipitation: Overcast, occasional light rainfall

Elevation: ~8,400 feet

Comments: It is unclear whether the bones belonged to a mule deer fawn or a pronghorn fawn. Given the locality, particularly the high elevation, I am inclined to believe it was a deer fawn.
