@loarie can you reverse so that the community has a chance to discuss this potential swap instead of disruptive back-and-forth swapping needs to be done?

Not too late if we can live with the disruption, but perhaps you could ring in some other folks who might have opinions on this swap? If everyone thinks it's the right move then we might as well leave it as is.
Perhaps we should make it impossible to commit a swap for 7 days if it affects more than, like, 10 observations?

sorry I'm confused. past reversals of taxon changes by staff have been done to undo the disruptive changes until some consensus is made
