Amateur botany hobbyist currently living and working as a data analyst in Grand Rapids, MI. Have been interested in gardening and raising plants my entire life, but I got into wild plants during high school and found Inaturalist while in college. Currently I love going on excursions and I hope to gain more knowledge on some of the rarer plant species in western Michigan, especially of the coastal plain disjuncts in our area. of the Some of my favorite taxa are Ericaceae, Asclepias, and prairie/savannah forbs.
